Travelling from South Africa to UK - which agency to use

Hi there.
I was hoping that someone out there could give me advise on which is the best transport service to use from South Africa to UK. I have two Pugs and of course am looking for the best for them. There seem to be so many agencies and they all promise the best etc. Perhaps someone can share their experience with me?
