We don't have a lot of information on bringing a rooster to Portugal, but they will most likely import it as livestock as opposed to a pet. You can inquire at secdsspa@dgv.min-agricultura.pt

This might sound ridiculous, but my son is extremely attached to his bantam rooster and vice versa. How difficult will it be to take him (and perhaps a bantam hen) with us when we move (permanently) to Portugal from the US?
