Hi All, Can you please advise the best airlines, any processes involved etc. to travel my pet Labrador to Colombia next year from Australia. He is one years old.

Helo flyers123 - you can find requirements to import your Lab to Colombia here and there are links to further instructions and forms if you need them: https://www.pettravel.com/immigration/Colombia.cfm. Know that it will be extremely difficult to return to Australia and cannot be done directly from Colombia. As for airlines, you do not mention what cities you are flying from and to or whether you will be accompanying your Lab. It is likely that you will need the assistance of an agent to book the transport out of Australia, especially if you are not traveling with your Lab. You can search for an agent in Australia to assist with the booking at IPATA.org.
