New to this forum. We are moving from the US to Portugal towards the end of the year (actually thinking November) and we have a very nervous, easily stressed pet dog to transport. She is a Beagle mix (the only breed we know for sure because she was with her Mama when we adopted her as a puppy) but looks a bit pittie, (along with Shepherd and two or three other things) and weighs in around 60 lbs. She takes medication regularly as it is for her stress. I am just really nervous about the whole plane experience with her. And especially with the layover in Amsterdam which looks to be almost inevitable. Can she be banned from entering the country for just looking like a pit?
And does anyone have any experience with this?
Sure wish they were other choices for ways to get pets overseas!!
