Re: Any experience with KLM and small pet on board?
Hi Tina - no commercial airlines will fly a pet into the UK in the cabin due to the procedures in clearing pets on once the aircraft has landed. You may be planning to fly to Amsterdam, then take a pet friendly ferry to the UK which is certainly doable. As far as airline compliant in-cabin pet carriers, you can find a variety of them here: http://www.pettravelstore.com/categories/Pet-Carriers-%26-Accessories/Pet-Carriers/ If you are flying into the UK, you will need your pet to travel in the cargo hold in an IATA compliant pet crate like these: http://www.pettravelstore.com/categories/Pet-Crates-%26-Accessories/Pet-Crates/

Any experience with KLM and small pet on board?
Hello everyone I will be travelling soon to UK via Amsterdam and I want to take my 2.5 kg poodle with me. He is fully vaccinated and has a passport. I'm not sure however what type of carrier bag is allowed on board and the airline website is not very clear. Any suggestions? Thank you very much, TinaTags: None
