Taking a cat from Pakistan to South Africa

I am currently living in Pakistan but moving to South Africa at the beginning of August. I have 2 cats which need to come with me. Please could anyone offer any help or advice on how best to do this. I know that I need to have both cats micro chipped in order to enter South Africa. I have an EMIRATES flight booked in the first week of August from Islamabad via Dubai where I have a 15 hour stopover. Any advice would be much appreciated.
