Does airlines accept tortoises on board?
Traveling from Qatar to UAE
How can I know if it’s possible?

Contact Qatar Airways or Emirates Cargo and ask.

One thing you can do is apply for an ESA letter and use it travel with your tortoises. Or, call your airline Service provider and ask them what you can do in this situation.

There is a ban on live animal imports to the UAE from Qatar currently. When the ban will s lifted, your tortoise will likely need to fly into the UEA as air cargo.
