  • International travel with bird?

I want to fly with my bird. I wanted to know if traveling with a bird requires a different set of rules or regulations? Can anyone help me?

It depends on the airline's rules and regulations. I think that birds may be allowed if they are not too big to be carried along. Big birds may not be allowed due to limited space in the aeroplanes.

The immigration rules are the same as for dogs and cats, the only exception is if the country doesn't except birds. India is an example.

yes campbell is right same immigration rules are applicable on birds as for other pets. You have to reserve a separate seat for them as it happened to me once.
