I would like to travel t India for 6-12months , and wanted to know if I can fly 3 dog with me.

Sofia - if you are entering India on a tourist visa, your dogs cannot accompany you. If you are an Indian citizen returning to India and you exported your dogs from India originally, then it will be permitted. You need to apply for a Notice of No Objection, and it needs to be done by someone in India.
