My youngest brother just passed the exam and he's now a registered Veterinarian. He wants to put up a clinic with my financial help. Now, I'm thinking of making a personal loan and help him make another dream come true. Anyone who knows if it's better to loan from a bank or in other financial institutions? Any suggestions?
