Hi,
My friend and I purchased tickets with Delta for trip to Bangkok. We are bringing our 2 cats. The flight info showed that both legs are DL yet I was told that the first leg is operated by Alaska Airlines. Both airlines said that I will be charged twice, one for the Alaska flight ($100 per cat) and one for the Delta flight (last leg of the trip--$200 per cat). I don't see any info on such situation on any of the airlines website. Why would I be charged twice when the flight clearly shows Delta? This is unfair. Is there anything we can do about this?
Please advise.
Thank you.
